Rebrand scope

Led the creation of a new brand for a marketing agency scaling aggressively from under 200 to over 1,000 employees within five years.

Assembled and led teams of designers from around the company to overcome staffing shortages that threatened severe launch delays and quality concerns.

Pivoted branding strategy to support acquisitions and a shifting ideal customer profile, implementing large-scale updates within days.
New Sales Process

Revamped the lead-gen webinar process to support an output of 4-6 webinars per month, improving quality and flexibility without increasing design time.

Built an easy to use Google Slides template that allowed complete interchangeability between RFPs, client presentations, webinar decks, and a brand new case study library (containing hundreds of easy to search/access slides for all client stats.


Design System
Created and deployed a comprehensive design system in Figma, encompassing all creative assets including website pages, email templates, whitepapers, brand elements, etc.
Website
Campaigned for and led design of a modular design system to allow for rapid website changes to allow for the Marketing Department to expand and test results against our numerous ICPs and wide product offering.


Illustration
Iteration and human involvement were big cornerstones of the brand direction. Stippling was a perfect fit to embody those values however, even digitally it was a very time consuming style that was overcome with a combination of templatized assets and a plugin process to shorten the first 90% of the process down to minutes.
Marketing Assets
Built off of the design system to create a library of rapidly reusable design elements for white papers, emails campaigns, social posts, webinars, animated display ads, blog posts, etc.


Print Design + Logistics

Budgeted, designed, and ordered $60k+ of employee and client swag as part of the rebrand and later acquisition efforts.

Achieved a cost per package that was substantially better quality and at 1/3 the cost of leading fulfillment centers.
